Data controller and contact

Josue Eduardo Valdez Ochoa, operating under the trade name SOAQUA, is responsible for processing the information described in this notice.

For privacy matters, email jvaldez@soaqua.com.mx. The data controller also handles requests concerning your personal information.

Information we receive

The form requests your name, phone or WhatsApp number, service of interest and project location. You may also provide your email, project type and stage, preferred start date, approximate budget and a description of your needs. Email, budget and fields marked optional may be left blank.

We record your authorization, the version of this notice and information about the source of your request, such as the referring page and campaign parameters. Hosting and form services may record technical information such as IP address, date, browser and activity needed to operate the site and prevent abuse.

We do not request health information, beliefs or other sensitive data, identification documents, passwords or banking information through the quote form. Do not include these in your message, or information about other people that you are not authorized to share.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your inquiry; review the project location, scope and feasibility; prepare and follow up on a proposal; and arrange a site visit when appropriate. An optional budget helps us suggest options suited to your intended scope.

Source information helps us identify which pages or campaigns generate requests and assess their quality. Technical data is used for operation, security and spam prevention.

This request does not subscribe you to advertising or newsletters. We do not sell your information or use it for campaigns unrelated to the service requested. Any additional promotional purpose will be explained separately, with an option to decline.

Services used and communications

The site and its forms use Netlify. Requests are stored there and generate notifications to an email account managed by SOAQUA. Hosting, storage and email may use infrastructure outside Mexico.

These providers support the technical delivery of the service. We do not plan to transfer your information to third parties for their own advertising purposes. If a transfer requiring your consent becomes necessary, we will inform you and request it beforehand, except where permitted by applicable law.

If you choose WhatsApp, a message will open for you to decide whether to send. That service and linked external websites have their own privacy terms. Clicking the link alone does not submit the SOAQUA form.

Retention and protection

We retain information for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations or address responsibilities arising from our relationship. When no longer needed, it will be deleted or de-identified, subject to any applicable prior restriction of processing. You may request cancellation if you do not wish to proceed.

Operational access should be limited to those handling your request. If you engage our services and additional information is needed for a contract, invoicing or other purposes, we will explain the corresponding processing.

Access, rectification, cancellation and objection

You may access your information, correct it, request cancellation or object to its processing. Send your request to jvaldez@soaqua.com.mx, with the subject “Privacidad SOAQUA”, your name, a way to reply, the right you wish to exercise and details to locate your request. For corrections, specify the change and supporting information. You will need to verify your identity and, if using a representative, their authority; email us for instructions.

We will communicate our decision within 20 business days of receipt; if approved, it will take effect within 15 business days after our reply. These periods may each be extended once for an equal period when justified. Access may be provided by email after identity verification.

Withdrawal of consent and limits on use

You may withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you through the same email and procedure. We handle these requests within the timeframes above. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing and may prevent us from continuing the quotation process. Some legal obligations may require information to be retained; in that case, we will explain the reason and scope of our response.

Website technology

This site uses Google Analytics only when you accept optional analytics. Google may receive technical browser and device information, visits and interactions such as clicks. Analytics cookies are configured to last up to 180 days. We do not send names, phone numbers, emails, budgets or form messages to Analytics. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days.

You can decline or withdraw permission through “Measurement preferences” without affecting the quote form. Withdrawal stops future measurement and deletes Analytics and advertising measurement cookies created by this integration; it does not erase information already received by Google. How Google uses information from sites using its services.

If you select “Accept both”, Google Ads may also use cookies and click identifiers to link ads to submitted requests. We do not enable ad personalization or send names, emails, phone numbers, budgets or messages to Google. You can choose “Analytics only” or “Reject both” and still request a quote. Prior analytics consent does not automatically authorize advertising measurement. UTM parameters accompany requests received by Netlify. With your consent, we send Google only recognized campaign labels; we do not send link text or form contents. Ad personalization is not enabled. Some pages use Google Fonts, which involves a separate technical connection independent of this choice.

Changes and consent

We will publish changes on this page with the update date. If a change requires new consent, we will request it before applying that processing.

By checking the form’s box, you expressly authorize the processing described to handle your request, including your approximate budget if you provide it. A budget is not required to request information.
